Is your website secure?

We guarantee that your data is completely secure on because it is completely encrypted, therefore inaccessible to unauthorized persons. We work with trusted transaction facilitators like Shopify Payments and Paypal, recognized for their experience in the payments field.

What is your delivery time?

We process orders in 1 or 2 days. Our packages generally arrive within 10 or 20 business days. Generally, our customers are delivered between 10 and 15 days.

Can I benefit from fast delivery?

Yes. You can receive your package in 4 days from the validation of your order by our teams. To do this, we advise you to consult the products in the Re-turn collection and choose the product of your choice. Re-turn products are shipped by Colissimo in 3/4 working days.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link!

Can I cancel a current order?

Did you order the wrong item? Have you changed your mind ? Carefree!

If your order is still being prepared, you can still cancel it. If the deadline is exceeded, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, you have 14 days to return it.

How to return an item ?

Please contact us at and we will explain the procedure to you. You only have to pay the shipping costs.

Do you register my credit card?

We do not store your credit card, however we use the secure Shopify Payments system which may have already stored your information.

There is an error on my order

In this case, we will re-ship or refund you if this is not possible.

My order is damaged

In this case, simply send us a photo of the altered item then send it back to us and we will send you a new compliant product.

Is the size indicated on the label not the one I ordered?

Don't worry: this may be due to the equivalence between the supplier's size and the French size, so don't hesitate to try the item on calmly.

Otherwise, you have the option of returning your order.

Can I return my order?

You can return unworn* items within 14 days. They must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached and in perfect condition.

*items tried on to check size are not considered worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged or for hygiene reasons.

Do you want to return a Re-turn item?

Only non-sale items can be returned. We do not accept the return of Re-turn items.
